used to (+ инфинитив) — прошлая привычка или состояние, которого больше нет: I used to play outside every day. Past Simple — единичное событие: I visited my grandmother yesterday.
В вопросе и отрицании — use to (без -d): Did you use to…? / I didn't use to…
